1. What happened with offgrid boost? Is it still working in some form with tech3’s?
2. Were tech3’s nerfed since 2016?
3. Is solo pvp still possible nowdays, or there are just blobs?
4. How can you make good money in HS these days? Still incursion is the best way?

Nope. Completely replaced by on-grid boosting.
