Login complete....Processing bulk data

Whenever I use the launcher everything appears to be fine and the launcher is ready to launch. Nothing in the way of uploading files or anything displays at the bottom of the screen.

I am able to get past the initial login screen but the client sticks at Processing bulk data.

I then ran the rescache tool and found that zero files were corrupt but that I was missing 67,493 files. Everything was fine until I uploaded the recent Windows Ten update.

I uninstalled the Windows Ten 1703 update.

Is there a conflict between the Windows Ten 1703 Update and Eve Online?
