That’s a negative for that one and others . They probaly think we’ll forget about it and continue to do with other aspects of the game. If that was some sort of a “bug” one would expect it should have been fixed by now , but then there are known bugs in the game that have been around for years and still haven’t been fixed…

This whole thing is weird. A simple statement indicating it was intentional or accidental (with a tentative fix date) is long overdue.

Removing those items was intentional, to promote manufacturing.

curious what “those items” are , since you can’t produce faction ammo .

Hello, you are indeed right, there are no BPs for Faction Ammunitions and the items themselves are surely missing on LP stores (I only checked Kaalakiota’s).

So, in light of this, I re-opened the support ticket asking for more infos, but to be honest I am embarassed to post the answer here…

Let’s just say I needed to file a bug report.

I very much believe so, but got an ambiguous answer.

And since bug reports don’t provide any answer too, I guess I’ll have to hope for the best and pray for a patch note.

Indeed, if a breaking change is not announced, it’s likely a bug.

Does the support team have access to that information ?
I doubt so. When I submit a bug they don’t even understand the terms used while those are game-specific terms.

So likely (again) the ticket needs, first, to exist, and then to be transmitted up to a game designer who can tell if there was such a feature to be released - that is, when he has the time to do so. Then assuming it’s not a feature but a bug, HE can take decision, including announcement or not so as to avoid potential speculation in the game.
If that were to happen, we may as well not be aware of anything until the fix hits the server and then patch note “fixed missing LP rewards”.

It could also be a test to evaluate the effect of those rewards on the economy. Meaning, maybe in 2 month they come back without a notice.

There can also be another change incoming, and this was added as a side effect of preparing the new change, and should not be undone until more work is done.

So what seems reasonable for you, may sound completely impossible to someone else.
But of course you are right to ask, and to insist, on the opposite of what the troll pretends. Just don’t expect anything, and don’t hold your breath.

I’m not sure how realistic or even reasonable it is; the fact that it affected so many LP stores and we’ve basically heard nothing is a little bizarre. Maybe this is due to the extended summer vacation in Iceland and something will be forthcoming.
