Khimi Harar would like to confirm that wanted terrorist and heretic Armast Darkar has voluntarily surrendered himself into our custody on the Tebu Amkhiman Fortizar in Tanoo.
Darkar has requested that LUMEN facilitate his surrender and transfer to the custody of Lord Ardishapur and the Ammatar Consulate, as part of a requested deal where he will voluntarily submit himself to face whatever justice Lord Ardishapur may deem fit to dispense, in exchange for a grant of full leniency for his family. As loyal servants of the Empire, LUMEN is ready and willing to facilitate this at the behest of Lord Ardishapur.
Darkar has offered this deal as is and entirely of his own accord with no preconditions or inducement, while LUMEN acts only to convey the request to Lord Ardishapur and to provide such facilitation as requested.
Given the nature of Capsuleers, they cannot be lastingly confined or meaningfully killed except by their own consent, so the ultimate outcome of this situation is entirely dependant upon this willingness of Darkar, otherwise we would of course freely turn him in with no bargaining. We simply feel as it is our duty to make this avenue of bringing Darkar to justice to be known.
LUMEN is at the service of the Empire and will proceed in whatever manner is requested of us.
