I’m trying to do the 1st mission of the 2 and I destroyed everything in the encounter, including the station, and it keeps telling me I haven’t destroyed anything. Did I mess something up or is it bugged?

Having mainly focused on Amarrian missions i don’t know this one however:

It looks like either not killing the Iteron, or killing the wrong target may be a problem. You may be forced into rejecting/failing the mission.
Some missions are “read the brief carefully” rather than “storm in and kill 'em all”.
