Why I can’t see notification banners while my EVE Online client is running in fullscreen.
I have to manually open the notification center to check the notifications but when I am using any other application in fullscreen i can see notifications on top right.

macOS suppresses banners and popups when running in exclusive fullscreen mode. I don’t think they are suppressed if you choose EVE’s “fixed window” display mode. Try it.
