Just out of curiosity. How many of your alliance has he killed in the last month?

heās smart about when to attack he basically has eyes in every system and knows our times of playing so baiting him which i say again we were trying to do for days and he didnāt bite. and of course when you got guys on the side waiting to response and not really playing its gets boring for them. so there is really no ratting going on.

its not just our alliance its surrounding alliances.
Are you all SOV owners or renters? Just because you are in different alliances doesnāt mean you cannot work together.
Sounds like you may have enough people to handle the situation if itās really causing that big of a problem
our alliance are sov owners, the other are mixed. and we have teamed up but my timezone of playing is pretty slow time we do have some successful mining ops but they donāt last for more than a hour due to others abilty to stay or having to go.

he killed more then 12 of our ships
Have you used the heatmap on Zkill for his alts to see when most of the kills are taking place? It could give you a better idea on when he is active

ya he hasnāt attacked anything other than ppl ratting or mining. he hasnāt so far of yet i mean
He does have a lot of alts. Seems to fly Arazus and a Nemesis fit with cynos. If my Google-fu is working correctly.
Out of curiosity, are you guys also staying logged in and docked when not playing?
That is, if he knows to attack when only low numbers across the region are online, are you obfuscating your play time by leaving a lot of characters online all the time, just as he does?
It takes some coordination, but if people can keep their characters logged in all the time too, his information wonāt be as easy to gather and then heāll have to make more risky choices about attacking and you can bait him.
The ship might have sailed now as he might already have a good handle on your play times, but itās always a good counter to his ability to gather intel.
If he is keeping characters logged in 24/7 to affect you, work together and keep lots of characters logged in to return the favour.

Farther up this thread @Teckos_Pech brought it up as a way of countering AFK cloakers. On the right hand side of Zkill it will show Activity Last 90 Days. Click on that to enlarge. It can give you an idea of when someone is most likely to be actuallly ATK.
Iām sure it sucks, but it can be countered. Digging through the corp killboard losses there are ratting ships that have killed and podded him. If a group effort can be mounted even for a short time, perhaps you can make it not worth the effort.
