I would like to see structures in HS taken out much easier / faster then currently, but without the need of declaring war at all. The actual wardecs themselves could and should be nerfed to hell so that only actual very lucrative targets are taken out.
Also by default, very lucrative targets will not be owned by new players since new players have not been in the game long enough to become lucrative targets with perhaps few exceptions of some rich guys here and there plexing and skill injecting, but those will be very few.
