I have made forums before, so I KNOW you can have personalized setting. I know someone in CCP just loves the new forum look, but it is less organized at a glance and harder to navigate.
You can make a setting option so you each account has there own personalized look, such as changing colors or layout. This can extend to Older styles as well.
I see no reason as why this can not me an option, to personalize forum settings. This would allow for the older MORE ORGANIZED style to be used.
