thats opinion… yes if you are sniper fitted… not so much if you are pulse fitted…
I’ve been flying Paladins in both Tachyon (Blockade/Mining Misappropriation/Gone Berserk/Scarlet/Stop the Thief) and Pulse (Damsel, Sansha Vengeance, Enemies Abound) for almost a decade and not once needed a capacitor mod.

for level mission 4 or 5 its not a very good fitting ! you much get a jump “middle” module for snipping

A little note on paladin - i’m flying 2 tracking comp paladin with pulse lasers. The thing i want to mention is that with multifreq and 2x tracking scripts it’s surprisingly good vs frigs even at about 20km (mb except strain drones, but the things like arch gistii frigs are fine).
