I’m a physicist, a programmer, and an absolute idiot. However, I do believe date ranges are inclusive, not exclusive, in every day communication. I got on after the shut down because I was not feeling good and decided to play some eve, and the event would not show up.

What gives?

Just like how a store may be open until midnight, ie closes at midnight, the event lasted until the 16th, ie ended on the 16th (at downtime). It’s 4 weeks, not 4 weeks and a day.
