Mechanic or gameplay that is considered unfair gaming

Agreed, please do continue @naPasik
I would like to know more about legal action against this!

Did you know that when you enter the abyss your fit is being tracked and countered with a spawn against your weakness? i am not saying to be removed from the game…concentrate…and read properly  when did i ever say for the T6 Dark sites to be removed? i was talking about the death spawns…or maybe like somebody said maybe delay them so you don t die as quick, which brings me to your other comment that says i am so full of myself that if can t do it nobody can…a death spawn is a death spawn…you can t beat it…for example as i mentioned previously and i quote : „I recently bumped into a new spawn in these T6 darks that is formed of three sleeper BSs…( and in the T6 sites this spawn is usually formed of 4 sleeper BSs ) but this particular spawn sits on top of a smart-bomb tower alaways and if you are in a missile boat you can t hit them…you do every now and again…but its really hard to take them down…and you do eventually but you are out of time…and in the dark sites turret boats don t work really cause you get a penalty to turret optimal range and there are lots of rats that turret disrupt you while they kite you at range…its hard to keep up cause they have speed bonus.thats another example of a death spawn.„

I really admire how much time and energy you put into convincing yourself that if you can’t do it then nobody can do it.

Ok when a certain gameplay or game mechanic is specifically designed to contribute to player loss or player death by making it sort of like a cheat mechanic…example : the weapon cycle shouldn t go the extra quarter once the target is dead instead it should stop where it started at the bottom middle. That is a cheat mechanic intentionally made to slow your dps and when time is against you in the abyss it will contribute to being out of time and die in there…its unfairly programmed . Any video game company can be sued by any player by contacting The International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR).There is a gaming law that forbids cheating. The video game companies can sue players for cheating and vice-versa .They don t want us to cheat with bots but they can cheat on us…its not gonna fly

It is not. It is a part of the game ROFL.

Do you even hear yourself talk?

Thank you sir. I have not laughed out loud like that in a long time. You have brought joy to my life

Your misunderstanding of the law and TOS astounds me

Oh? wow! Are you going to do that?

I will show no mercy if they don t change the mechanics to the way they supposed to be

Perhaps noted American game issues lawyer Lionel Hutz will take the case! CCP will be in trouble then!

What way is it supposed to be? Considering they are the game designers? And you’re a player?

I like that abyssals aren’t 100% unbeatable, it adds another dynamic to the abyssal ship fits: cost effectiveness.

For example: Is that extra 5 billion you put in blinging your ship fit really worth it or does it reduce your expected net payout after accounting for the occasional ship loss?

Understand this…and here is my dilemma, if you don t bling it you can t do most of the spawns… but then again if you bling it you gonna die anyway…so whats the point

You mean beatable maybe…„aren t 100% beatable„

Yea that’s what I meant.

I think there can be various points: having fun, making ISK, figuring out how to solve the puzzle…

You can have fun and maoe ISK in ships that aren’t worth billions, and depending on the rate you encounter this room it may even be possible that you can in fact make more ISK in a cheaper ship.

Not in a T6 Dark

So OP in a nutshell:

lol lol

Its why I don’t run T5/6. 4 is the sweet spot for me.

You only die some of the time. It is working as intended. Learn to EVE kthx.

This is known. There are a few rooms that if you get unlucky enough to get them, you’re going to die. It’s part of the risk/reward balance of the abyssal sites. The Tier 6 sites are the absolute hardest in the game, and they’ve had some next-to-impossible rooms as part of their balance since they were introduced.

No, it’s simply the way the room is designed.

There’s no cause of action here that would be cognizable in an American court, nor do I believe there would be any in an Icelandic court, which is where the case would have to be brought under the terms of the EULA.

I think he would rather try Geneva.

What exactly are you referring to ? If you are referring to the Death spawn yes…it is the way it was designed…the weapon cycle mechanic how ever its a whole another story cause its not working the way it was suppose to do if you read carefully what i say about it.
