Yes there is : Any video game company can be sued by any player by contacting The International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR).There is a gaming law that forbids cheating. The video game companies can sue players for cheating and vice-versa
Do it!
Did you not read what Brisc said? It was designed for you to die sometimes…which means there are death spawns that nobody can beat…as in one room or the combination of all three rooms either will kill you 100% or delay you till you are out of time
No, there isn’t LOL.
Yes. Its working as intended.
You’re welcome Only dumb you thing you did? Test it for months on the test server. If you had the stones, you’d have tested it once and had 2 months of income to offset that loss.
Welcome to EVE
Buddy…stop talking to me i been ignoring you since i realised from your first posts that you a troll…so STFU
Yes there is…i just provided evidence…and your argument that it isn t is…its just like for example i just filmed you at the petrol station with a 4k camera while you are filling your car up with petrol and i am showing you the video evidence where your face is clearly visible and you saying…nah…thats not me…thats your argument lol also all these trolls you been posting…its like talking to yourself cause nobody is talking to you…
If this is what brought joy to your life…you don t have any joy in your life and you just bully others cause thats the only joy you get in your life…you need help
Not really. Saying there is a law then actually posting said law is proof of evidence.
For ex. I’m apart of the largest grassroots organization on keeping 2nd Amendments where I live. Anytime someone questions what is or isn’t legal, we show state code to either prove what we say, or disprove someone saying misinformation.
You’ve only stated that:
But you have shown no actual proof. So either
A: stop talking out of your ass and accept the gameplay
Or
B: show proof that you are still wrong and learn something, and stop getting upset about a game you own nothing in.
There is your evidence : https://www.findlaw.com/consumer/consumer-transactions/can-i-sue-a-video-game-creator-or-company-.html
thats… not a law anywhere in that… thats an opinion that yes you can sue etc etc etc… but there is NO SPECIFIC LAW… thats what i’m asking for
an opinion on a lawyer page, isn’t a law…
So…you are arguing with a lawyer from the gaming industry that actually knows the law…
what law???
There no specific law…but the law permits players to sue video game companies : Examples from that page : Lawsuits Aren’t Just About Gameplay
But perhaps your dispute does not involve the purchase and installation of a game. You could be a game developer who believes a game violates your intellectual property rights. You could be an employee of a gaming company and have a dispute with your boss. In other contexts like these, you are not bound by a EULA and would be able to go to court.
The types of lawsuits you might bring against a video game company are as diverse as they would be against any other business. Here are a few examples (a couple do involve in-game play).
1. Olson Twins v. Acclaim
Mary Kate and Ashley Olson sued Acclaim when they decided not to release a game based on the twins’ popular television show. They claimed that by not releasing the game, Acclaim damaged their brand.
2. The “Lineage" Game Suit
A gamer sued NCSoft because she accidentally destroyed the ultra-rare Jin Myung Hwang’s Conduct Sword in the game “Lineage," which was worth $28,000 on the retail market. They argued that NCSoft should have restored the item.
3. The Tattoo Case
A tattoo artist sued a game developer, claiming that a lion tattoo on the fighter Carlos Condit from the game “UFC Undisputed 3" violated his copyright.
4. The “Lineage II" Case
A gamer sued NCSoft, claiming that he suffered depression and severe emotional distress from investing over 20,000 hours playing the game between 2004 and 2009.
In my case i have the right to sue CCP for unfairly programming cheat mechanics to contribute to player spaceship loss
lol… in a game that you have no vested interested or own any assets… sure ok. Just terminate your EULA contract if you are that hurt over intended, and KNOWN gameplay.
I am not talking about the death spawns from the T6 and 5 abyssals I am talking about things like the cycle of the weapons not stopping where they suppose to stop ones the target is dead…as i mentioned before it goes for a quarter more and thats a mechanic intentionally modified to slow your dps because you have to wait that extra quarter till you can shoot again…and there a list of mechanics just like this one…THAT IS CHEATING!!!
I think we might be onto something here. If there is a tattoo involved, we definitely have a chance at a lawsuit.
In any case i am not taking CCP games to court just yet…which is why i ve opened this topic here to address the CSM about it and i am going to make the list of mechanics that work unfairly against us…which if they worked in our advantage CCP would call them exploits? and if its not sorted out i am going to send a former letter of dispute just between me and the company and if the dispute is not resolved i am going to get a lawyer.
That is exactly why we have the CSM so you are doing the right thing here…and it seems to me that if there are mechanics like that or bugs they need to be sorted out ASAP because when a bug that works in our advantage is discovered they are very quick to declare it exploit and ban anyone that use it after its declared an exploit…so to be fair it should work both ways either in our advantage or against us they should be changed to normal.
They could be just bugs these mechanics you are talking about…in which case it should be easy and easily solvable without any dispute
Exactly
