Why do the moon drills, which don’t belong to me, show up in my inventory and why can’t I remove them permanently?

Because they are broken, always has been.
You can of course make bug reports if you like, but its a well known thing and has been forever.
It’s a bug.
Pretty sure CCP should be aware of it for how long this bug has been around, but more bug reports can help refresh their memory.
