Okay. In order

  1. Communications CCP to players in a LOT of ways
  2. sorry I have a lot of knowledge locked behind nda so I am cautious with what proofs I show
  3. a) We need a better ending to the career agents that points the players to corps
    b) CCP devs should be out talking to us more often, after covid the old style seemed to die off a bit
    c) CCP should have a stronger presence in the forums
  4. I am fairly sure K’Shal supports a lot of this greatly
  5. I remind them at regular intervals, also at end of term I usually write a ‘wish list’ for the next term on the internal documents that CCP gives us access to.

I came back to the game a little over two years ago almost, and that’s one thing in particular I’ve heard from a number of sources, that it seems the dev interaction has dwindled since the covid era.

Since I resumed playing, It seems this interactive responsibility has either shifted (or been reassigned) to a much smaller number of individuals. Sadly in that time, it also seems like the toxicity that has reared its ugly head as of late, has become more prevalent and unchecked.

Not just in forums, but across multiple platforms (i.e. Discord, Twitch, Reddit, etc). One thing is for sure, it does not paint a very healthy picture to a new player, let alone potential investors on the business side of the coin.

The community has certainly remained a strong bastion, albeit with chips and cracks forming in the foundation. There’s only so many times a crack in a dam can be patched before the levee gives way to the deluge lurking behind it.

Another no brainer selection in my books. I’m not sure if Public Service exists in EVE but, if it does, he leads by example. Who doesn’t remember playing EVE for the first time and seeing him in local making people happy. Anyone that understands the true value and importance of our new players and their journey gets my vote.

I’m not sure why you put this in your campaign ad here when you came over to mine and spat on it. I don’t think I’d want someone who lacks communication, professionalism, and the interest of player’s on CSM. Which of course, coming full circle here – I dunked on CSM’s ability over the last ten years and you’ve been on CSM for half that time. Go figure.

I am not sure what I said in your thread could be considered spitting on, it was just that I found suggestions such as

to be so outside of what Eve currently is that I was not sure ifyou were being sarcastic or serious.

Well, considering Mike has not done what you have claimed, I’m going to chalk this up to Redus Taw making drama where there is none. Oh and I will not vote for them based on their (Redus’s) lack of communication and professionalism.
