How are you possibly on the same network as other EvE players? Is your house full of them? Are you playing from the library?
Either way, it’s only as easily bypassed as it is blocked further…
Block vpns and known proxies.
People who try to change their IPs or have multiple publics would all collide on the same proxy ips anyway.
You could get lucky and probably have a /28 or something from your ISP.
I’ve seen ISPs dish out /27 to small companies. Very weird.

The chances of you sharing the same public ip is minimal. Even as aforementioned by another their own house hold has 4 internet connections.
If you have one internet connection to your house hold then youd have a possibility that youd have multiple people on the same public ip.
But then your family has bigger problems…so ■■■■ em

There is very little possibility that anyone is sharing any public ip with anyone else. In the whole world let alone members of this game.

My nephew is studying at university, he plays Eve as do several of his friends, they share an internet connection and a public IP with every other student that lives in the university accommodation.
My home is in a block of new build flats/apartments, the rental cost includes a fibre connection which is shared between the occupants; at least 2 of us play Eve.
This is the virtually the only scenario. But having worked at campus architecture, it’s still unlikely.
Few campuses (not just universities but any large networks) are going to pipe everything through a /29.
You’re basically going to have to sit at the same library to get the same public ip for your two gamers

There’s also married couples. What if one of them does something bad? It’s a shared connection. The other significant other is being banned as well, even if it was a different machine.

I’ve not seen a device use only a public IPv6 address yet.
I know phones with certain apps use only IPv6 public addresses because that’s how I break their site/app ip-bans.
The site still registers only the phone’s ipv4 which is harder to change.
But the app only uses ipv6 which is like changing toiletpaper.

You failed to see that the second CCP was sold, PEARL ABYSS has forced CCP to change eve online. CCP have lied also. They nerf rorqual mining into the ground so you cant stay on 1 rock for more then 4 cycles. You CLEARLY dont care about eve and the only thing you LOVE to do is KILL players on forums to shut down debate.
