Going by those three articles, Minmatar are the least populated. Probably don’t have an extra journalist around.

The minmatar are technically the most populated faction, but the majority of their population don’t live in the Republic, they’re in the Federation and the Empire. In fact only about one quarter of the Minmatar actually live in the Republic.

11 trillion Minmatar in the Empire (whose total population is 21.4 trillion)
