I cannot seem to find these BPOS on the market, were they taken away? or are they obtianed through other means?

I am noticing other BPOs that are not on the market like Entropic Radiation Sink I Blueprint and Civilian Expanded Cargohold… whats gives?

Faction blueprints are found in drops from NPCs or LP stores. Also y can buy them in contracts, not market

ok, thank you. Whose LP store would they be in? When i do a search on http://www.ellatha.com/eve/LPSearch/Minmatar-Encounter-Surveillance-System-Blueprint/ nothing appears

If the item itself is caldari for example then it will be caldari LP store, if amarr, amarr store etc
