If I run mission with somebody, and I don’t share the rewards, the corp rep change applies to the other person or just me?
I guess it’s called standing, and yes I should have read the message before clicking “no” and to not show again…
Ok, it only asks if I want to share the reward, so the question remains.
If you don’t share the rewards (mission ISK, LP) - your fleet mates don’t get any standing benefits, either.
Ty, last question, if my mate tell his drones to assist, do I need to shoot or sending my drones also trigger the assist. Also, the assist continues to the next target or a new assist is needed?
The drones lent to assist generally need to be directed with an attack command (either shooting or attacking with your own drones). I find auto-targeting missiles (after you achieve aggro; a target painter or vampire works great here) can be pretty slick for drone assist.

Don’t the NPCs aggro too much the heavies? The lights they stop aggroing when frigs are gone, the other day the cruisers just popped a light like deleting it with a command, lol, but that was a first.
Cruisers always aggro mediums, so I guess heavies are aggroed all the time.
It really depends on the ships and drones utilized. When I ran my trio of Rattlesnakes I used rapid heavies (with range extenders), Geckos and buffed with rigs (HP), implants and medium speed modules.
So anything that did go after the Geckos (especially light webbing frigates) got taken care of in short order.
I’ve since switched to a Trio of Marauders that deliver just shy of 7,000 DPS…
I mean, the other account prob has perfect Rattlesnake skills, but he’s using the new drone BC and the results are satisfactory so far. He’s mostly afk while I take the heat with my BS tank. That’s why I asked about the assist.
I run a Kronos on my main and two auto-target cruise Golems on my alts. I can run 3x L4s simultaneously with this setup. If nets me ~450-500m ISK/hour when I’m not sleep deprived, lol.
