Since CDs can’t use MJFG in high security space - it would be nice to allow them to use at least MMJD there and give them role bonus that decreases fitting requirements and energy consumption for it (and maybe cooldown a bit?).
This would allow them to keep distance from the fight - MJFG is used for that too, not only for warping enemy fleet somewhere.
To avoid abuse - prevent them from fitting MMJD and MJFG at the same time.
This way there’s no need to rework MJFG, and CDs will be more useful in high sec fights.
