Didn’t see a feedback section, just wanted to say that GM Arbor went above and beyond with some issues I was having as a new player, and it’s extremely rare to see actual support in an MMO now days. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

I bought fallout 76 when it was on sale 2 weeks ago. I’ve had an account issue which so far has taken 10 days of back and forth with their GM’s and they couldn’t/wouldn’t solve this issue.
Today I decided to stop bothering and uninstalled the game because of it, I’m not going to get any new Bethesda title ever.
I’ve NEVER in all my years of playing EVE had any bad or aggravating encounters with EVE GM’s.
