ALCON,
Following a preliminary investigation into Seykal and Krullefor involvement in Molden Heath, our planetary operations have established contact with local informants that reinforce the supposed smuggling link between Krullefor operatives and the Seykal Expeditionary Group that was exposed in a case file published by the Republic Justice Department earlier this year.
The Seykal-Krullefor link is troublesome, given Baliggan Krullefor’s supposed internment in Thukker custody and the Seykal clans close ties with the Thukker government. If this link is to be believed then it stands to reason that there may be a possible tie implicating the Thukker tribe in Seykal’s operations in Molden Heath. We lack enough evidence to prove a direct link at the time, though suspected motivations include undermining Republic sovereignty in Molden Heath and financing the Thukker clan’s recent moves to mobilize a new fleet of militarized city-ships. If true, the scale of this conspiracy is far outside our original intention of combating rogue warclones in Molden Heath.
We are an organisation made up predominantly of the warclone diaspora in Molden Heath, and lack firm ties with the Matari government or capsuleer community. We barely maintained the required resources to combat the Krullefor Organization and the Seykal Expeditionary Group in targeted planetary raids on our own, much less investigate a major case deeply interlaced in a centuries old political divide between the Thukker clan and the Republic.
Therefore, before we pursue our investigation any further, I feel that it is only right that I encourage any and all potential partners in the Minmatar Republic and the capsuleer community to join us in a joint public inquest into the smuggling, piracy, and other criminal operations in Molden Heath and it’s connection with the Seykal clan.
I also encourage any would-be explorers to investigate reports of the militarization of Thukker city-ships in the drone regions and attempt to locate any intel that may implicate the Seykal clan in this widescale mobilization. I will be coordinating with pathfinders both inside our organisation and in allied groups to comb potential locations of these ships in the Drone Regions to get to the bottom of these reports and ascertain their motives. If any Thukker representatives wish to include themselves in the discussion and distance themselves from the actions of the Seykal clan in Molden Heath, I strongly encourage them to do so. However, in these trying times in the Republic, it pays to remain vigilant and investigate any potential threat to the balance of power in the region.
