No, I don’t do that because of structures. To have too many ships in a place that is not safe means even more frustration once the eventual demise strikes. That is why I keep my stock lean.

Get down from your high horse and read something else than just your bubble.
If my tedium is subjective, so is your purported love for ships that makes people afraid to lose them. The difference between your love argument and my tedium and frustration argument is that your argument holds no water. You can just store your beloved ship in a hangar and buy another clone of it. What you cannot just do away with with a glas case to marvel at is the frustration and tedium to recover from a loss.
