I’ve decided to use Multibox for the first time with 3 Omega accounts and would like to complete level 4 security missions with 3 Gilas. Does anyone have a good fitting for the Gilas? Please no suggestions for other ships, I know there are better alternatives, but the Gila is my favorite ship and I don’t want to swap. It would be great if all 3 ships could have the same fitting.

nah, its multibox, don’t waste your time with RLML since they need a lot of management
Use HM with auto targeting.
You have one gila as bunny, so he is the one with active module made to target the main target.
This can be a LM launcher, for its fast rof.
You land, request the two supports to KAR 3000 the bunny, get drones out, assign them on the bunny, bunny start attacking a target, once all toons have timer you can activate HM to shoot at the closest thing.
Don’t use a rig for EM shield. It’s 35% damage reduction from EM only, and enemies deal at most 60% damage from EM so on the gila you would only at best take 23% damage less (considering base resists) which is worse than using purger (-25% to rep), and in most cases (= when when EM is not the main damage taken) completely useless.
You want capstable fits, so you can let the two support with active AB all the time.
one MSH is good with two LSE.
navigation computer is especially important since your drones will kill rats very quickly.
The DPS is mostly irrelevant here. It’s more about the HM removing the close targets approaching than really applying high DPS. This saves time as the drones don’t have to travel back to smaller targets.
If it was possible, it would be better to use T2 precision auto targeting heavy missiles ^^
I guess it’s easier to outfit all ships the same, but a probe launcher on all of them seems a bit excessive. It’s not like you’ll be able to scan on three ships at the same time, is it? Make one ship the “leader”, leave the probe launcher on it and give the other two something else - something simple like a missile laucher with auto-targeting missiles, for example. Or if you have a habit of warping away from your MTU give one of the others an expanded probe laucher for Combat Scanner Probes?
