Ganking is what some people call posting on the forums. Sometimes when someone doesn’t like another person on the forums they’ll respond to their comments in a “harsh tone” and it’s called ganking. I hope this helps.

Are you actually ganking or just gate camping? Are you using destroyers and then just dying to the NPC police? What’s the state of ganking?
have you tried not being bad at eve? multiboxing makes little difference outside of actual pvp. and a single-box baiter in high-sec has as much chances at winning as a multiboxer. if you know how to play you are ok even as a single player.
there are also lots of active corps and alliances and you dont need to multibox. you just need discord or teamspeak and you have several buddies ready to help you if needed.
multiboxing gives a clear advantage in most cases. and in the few instances it doesn’t it just means that players that don’t multibox are constrained to playing those styles. i think that is what the op meant. learn to read!
you have a valid point. but i think we all agree that a hard cap on a number of accounts that can be run on a computer is in order. it can be 3 or 5 or whatever. there is a guy in uedama that regularly runs 24 accounts. jason kusion, you may have heard of him… ronda… Jason…
Multiboxing in most cases allows individuals to escape the consequences of their actions. If I started ganking people left and right everyone would have me red and kos and I wouldn’t really be able to play the game as a consequence but if I have an alternative account, it doesn’t matter since I can still fund my shenanigans.

Allowing multi boxing and botting raised CCP’s 1/4’s but has clearly devestated their bottom line and continues to do so 1/4 on 1/4.
CCP is content with this. That is clear as to date they are still unbanning botters and not implementing bans, they rolled back blackout which anhilated botting, have just yesterday rolled back a nerf to botting null annoms and have now stopped further Eve development.
Botting, multi boxing has allready killed eve in its prime. There is no damage control now, just maximising profit till critical mass is lost.
I am looking forward to Eve 2.0 and can’t wait to rmt all my eve 1.0 stuff. P2E when???
CCP’s profits are okish, terrible compared to the mmo FPS boom but against other strategy mmo’s they are ok. Stopping botting and multiboxing now would just be a profit killer. The game should enter life support lite now till their new product is ready.
Saving eve 1.0 from the cesspit now would just be a money loser, as would any further development or poverty patching.
