Does anyone know, is it legit to create multiple steam accounts to buy the star pack for each account and fund everything to one char?
Because you can only own it once per account.

When you purchase it, it is your to do what you want ,game time however is bound for that account and cant be transferred or used more than once is what i believe is order of things.
