But its not CCPs liability, nor illegal.

OPs questions summarize as:

  1. Is the mutaplasmid system illegal as a form of gambling
  2. Does the mutaplasmid system contribute to gambling addiction

My answer to both is a flat “no”.

My assessment of OP is he invested heavily into what he hoped mutaplasmid system would be, both pre/post its launch, to the tune of 40bil.

Things didnt turn out how we wanted and he is desparately trying to find angles to argue so CCP will change it, so he can re-coup his losses.

This just happens to be the most recent attempt towards that end, and by far, the most contrived.

TLDR: OP “gambled” heavily on Mutaplasmid change, and lost most if not all of that :stuck_out_tongue:

Assessing? You are just spreading rumors about someone without presenting hard data. You have been wrong even when interpreting hard data. You have claimed things about me and other person that were not true. Maybe you forgot about it already but I remember and people who you accuse of something are always remembering about you being wrong. Maybe assess less.

Just to clarify gambling is very legal in Australia and while the laws governing it very slightly state to state the guys behind eve bet are Aussie’s and its bases on sports bet a very popular gambling website here

Its about 1/40 of the amount someone could sunk in this game, and that 40B could be just 1/40 of what they made as successful tradors every month. You do care too much about other people ISK than about your own, do you?
