My mothership BPO orginals are gone! I kept long break and they disappeared.

What do you mean by mothership? Have you checked your Assets (ALT+T) or perhaps you could check using Industry (ALT+S) set all filters to show all?
I guess he’s referring to supercarriers, as they used to be called like that ?
Concerning your problem @Emily_Auduin, you should do as the ISD said and check your assets through New Eden with ALT+T, and also see if you did not started a job with one of those blueprints.
Also, if you put researched supercapital BPOs in Corp hangers… one of your ex-friend might’ve stolen them.
Or asset safety if was in player station.
