When did you expect it to reappear?
I deleted it in December
I was expecting to come back after the mirror
The last mirror was in November… The next Mirror isn’t until February or March.
That’s mean the server didn’t mirror yet
I thought it was mirrored because of the background change 
updates to the test server doesn’t necessarily mean its been mirrored, or that it will be mirrored. Unless they need it mirrored, They have a 3-4 month window in between mirrors which takes a few days to set up.
