getting fed up logging in getting mysterious lag for 15 minutes before it disappears
This is the first time I hear of this.
Are you sure it’s an EVE issue and not for example your PC downloading the latest steam updates when you start your PC and start the game? Or a windows update in the back? Or someone else in your house who happens to stream or download something at that time?
And if it is EVE, have you downloaded the full game? I believe there’s a setting in the launcher to play sooner and download the rest as you go, but that may be impacting you.

The first thread is French. But unless I misinterpret it, it seems to be talking about sudden freezes, not lag.
The other two threads too are about game freezes, not lag.
Are you experiencing lag or is it game freezes?
These are different problems with different causes.
I know there have been complaints about game freezes. Often the workaround is to try dx11 instead of dx12 to see if it disappears. I’ve been using dx11 for ages due to the performance issues of dx12.
I had not heard recent complaints about lag though.
Those are clearly not your issues, otherwise they would result in the same description of your problem with roughly the same experience of having EVE running while 15 minutes of lag appears and then goes away.
Those threads are about crashes and lag spikes that either shut EVE down or are present for a much shorter time.
Anyway i feel that this thread has a bad start will not lead anywhere. You seem to just want to vent your emotions, which might be valid from your viewpoint. If you were searching for a solution however, a discussion of technical details would be needed. As already discussed in this thread, maybe there is something going on in the background or your RAM gets full or your GPU RAM gets full or your SSD can’t handle it anymore and is about to fail.
As it also truly is for me the first time of hearing about your specific problem, i would suggest it is also very specific to your machine and/or software setup. Maybe it even is your internet connection. So it needs to be analyzed in detail.

I like this thread where we don’t differentiate between a 15 minute lag, a lag spike, a freeze, a crash, a disconnect, a reboot, a game, an operating system, the network connection and what not. All the same and surely EVE is at fault and nothing else.
Just asking to find other people experiencing the same symptoms and yielding 0 people as a result would be enough, for me at least, to question my setup.
But i suppose not being able to describe the problem properly and come to a precise wording for it might be the cause to instead rage against everyone trying to help. At least it was tried to make this point.

i am making it aware that trash services are not fixing issues, along with the troll Gerard Amatin and those like him who specialise is offering nothing other than their ego of alleged greatness are also offering nothing.

I think i have developed an understanding why this thread is running as it is, but it makes no sense to continue on this and the thread has had a bad course already so it will be not heading anywhere else.
If you want a technical problem to be analyzed and possible solutions discussed, please start by finding the correct forum section first (Issues and Workarounds) and then try to run a thread without your emotions getting in the way.

i’ve tried for over a year to get these issues worked out, the last year the issues occur every time i log in, i don’t want to log in just like CCP does not want to fix issues.
my apologies that im not on the right thread, if i knew that it caused this much trauma and that emotions offended you, i might have tried to speak to CCP for over a year….oh wait i did.
4 more days then i will be half way to winning EVE.
