Could happen I suppose depending on the GM but I was more thinking after he doesnāt get his refund and quits the game.
You donāt know what youāre talking about. Youāre literally parroting what the media said about that case, but they were wrong. Donāt spread their disinformation. Did you see the photograph of the burns? She was seriously injured and she WON the lawsuit. She had 3rd degree burns on 6% of her body and required multiple surgeries. All she wanted from McDonalds was $11,000 to help with her medical bills and she was met with defamation and derision from the media. Watch any video about it on Youtube or any documentary about it and your opinion will change unless youāre completely heartless.

Or misinformed. Study the case. She won for a reason. Every tort lawyer agrees. They teach about this case in law school.
I am not going to get into an argument with you. You are stating very clearly that your opinion is not subject to review. You are stating that it is impossible to hold a reasoned, informed opinion that is contrary to your own. It is rare to see somebody be so forthright about the degree of their close mindedness.

Ok 140 is a bit overshoot even with perfect missile skills but youād still want to burn a bit over 120km to give yourself some time to shoot nasty stuff like elite frigates and elite cruisers
(damage is irrelevant my torpedo spec is a bit rusty)
Those cases may have been frivolous. Iām not disputing that. This time was different. They launched a campaign of public ridicule against her when all she wanted was some help with her medical bills, and thatās why she won. It was determined that McDonalds caused damages and they had to pay. There are some great videos about it on youtube. Check em out.
In any caseā¦ it has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of this thread. I donāt think Aceface or Andersen or anyone else that suggests a fit in this game is responsible for what happens to the pilot that takes the suggestion. Itās a gameā¦ and whatās rule number one? --Donāt fly what you canāt afford to lose.
She got everything she deserved.
What she did not deserve was a dime for her stupidity.
Why would you take my stuff it is mine. No keep away from mine.
Believe what you want, even if it is cruel and ignorant.
