I need to be put in contact with somebody who can help me with an account issue. I bought the meteor package it did not go to my active account instead steam made another acc. I’ve been waiting and my Omega time is just ticking away. If somebody could please help me out.

IIRC, only steam customer support can help you with this. You’ll likely have to request refund through steam, and then purchase meteor pack from another source. Packs or subs purchased through steam can only be applied to EVE accounts created by steam as they are linked.

Ok. But try to make a support ticket and not a post next time. CCP is reading reddit more than these official (abandoned insane asylum) forums. Also keep calm, and wait patiently on an answer. It might take some days untill ccp and steam work it out.
