Haven’t done this ever (create a BPC for T-2 polarized), I have the T-2 BPC for torpedoes that I made but simply don’t know how to turn it into the polarized version, looked it up but seems I still am not able to make it work, thanks.

Polarized weapon BPCs are loot drops; BPOs are not available at all.
Polarized weapons are meta modules, not T1/2. They’re weird in that they use the T2 icon on them, but they are a distinct level separate from T2. IIRC T2 = meta 5, while polarized modules are meta 9 or something.
