New Eden Store Purchases not Working on Singularity

Test server is up, but I’m running into problems from the start. I understood when I logged on that my character might be “out of sync” with their progress on Tranquility, but that there is a slash command to fix that as long as you haven’t skill extracted within 14 days.

When I attempt to use the /copyskills command I get a dialogue box that says “This service is unavailable.” So, my first question is whether that is a known issue.

I followed some forum advice and tried to just buy the cheap plex available on the Singularity markets so that I could just buy the skill points bundles from the NES, but I get an error in the NES that my purchases fail. Is this a known issue and is there a work around?

When I attempt to make the NES purchases, sometimes I get a browser window that opens with a link to https://test.store.ccpeveweb.com/ but no combination of login information does anything on that page when prompted.

Support was less than supportive, one GM suggested that a ticket would get me in touch with the correct team. The GM that responded to my ticket said it was submitted to the wrong area and that QA would need to handle it, but that this is apparently the only way to get in touch with the QA.

FC, Help.

So, what have we learned class?

A) Check more than one market hub. Jita 4-4 FTW.

B) I have no idea if the NES is supposed to be working on Sisi at the moment.

For posterity, the advice that is given is to buy cheap PLEX and then extractors and then rearrange your skills or rob your alts of SP. The better answer, that for some reason was not provided in simple terms, is go to Jita 4-4. The answer is always go to Jita. Duh. Large Skill Extractors are available there for cheap on Market as of July 24 2026.

Don’t waste time, just shop at Jita.

do you need to do all that just to “do stuff” for the mass test? or are you going to the test server for things other than what FC needs? which is why they limited the test server.

as far as NES, its real money being spent, or plex even.. so those are disabled on the test server.

This mass test is just a “do stuff” test, so yes having access to the skill injectors and the simple answer that yes, they are just for sale would be handy.

I wrote a lot of words to ultimately arrive at that conclusion.

The NES not working only kind of makes sense. They have PLEX for 100 isk seeded. It would make sense that the store -might- work, but I accept that it doesn’t.

the plex seeded is to be able to turn your alpha clone into omega.

That’s fair. Like I said, my edit is mostly for posterity. It seemed like there were a bunch of similar threads and nothing recent, so I shared what I found. Appreciate your additional insight. o7
