Yeah, I’ve actually had people get so frustrated with me that on a few occaisions, they actually dropped their prices below my manufacturing costs, and then I’d buy up their entire order and relist it at a higher price .

Yeah, I’m going to miss it. I mean, I’m not saying that CCP shouldn’t have made the changes, but I did like the old system. It gave people with knowledge and determination an advantage over more casual market users. I’m taking a wait and see approach to the new system, but it feels like CCP lowered the skill ceiling with this.

We did not need the relist fee change. The rounding to 4 significant figures was plenty. That alone would make penny wars unprofitable since it forced you make changes in bigger increments, you would quickly price yourself out of profits by playing penny wars.

I agree that both those together seem overkill.
I think only relist fee would have been enough, maybe.

Maybe CCP will remove the 4-fig change if enough people keep crying for over a month. Let’s give them hope.

I do find it weird they dont allow you to block people on this forum and also allow people to be abusive despite it being against the forum rules. I could do without the forum rules and with a good block button

You can block, enter in profile, users, and add the name.

Anderson Geten is one of my four people blocked, but really you feel the difference.

Maybe the reason GM and ISD allow some people, is because are in whitelist of known identities.

It’s not so bad after a few pointless argument you learn to just say what you have to and listen to what others say too. If they are trying to be difficult and argumentative you can just ignore them and they will lose steam and move on with their lives. No use arguing with others just because you don’t agree with them thinking differently than yourself. This always just seems to derail from the topic and go nowhere.

It’s about sharing and comparing ideas through communication.

Maybe CCP should restrict the time players can play to 4 hours a day in the interest of making it fairer for everyone.

there is no way that it is worth dropping the price, as even if he does it once, by the 2nd and 3rd times you maybe not even in profit.

I fail to see how this is s bad thing. The market will not collapse just because of this. On the contrary it will probably become more stable as a result.
