That’s because you won’t see a Noctis outside of it’s purpose of salvaging.
You also probably won’t see a Titan in a mining field, or see an Iteron Mark V part of a combat fleet. Different purpose.
The Noctis doesn’t need another role, it’s got a role already. If CCP wants to buff the Noctis they can make it a better salvager, not slap another completely different role on it like some band-aid.
Not in null-sec according to a lot of folks…
Let me give you a hint as to how fast CCP moves on things. It took them 17 years to fix the game to where rookies would stop asking “How do I mine Tritanium” in rookie help chat ten thousand times a day…
