Even 10 year old systems can run EVE so I don’t think you have anything to worry about.

It seems you don’t have a dedicated GPU or did not tell us about it?
But your Ryzen-Processor has some built-in graphics capabilities. That should be more than enough to have a client going.
You may need to reduce the graphic settings a bit to get better performance, but you should have no issues running Eve with this.
