If it is a highsec corporation aimed to help newbies, then it is bad because most likely they will suck badly. Most highsec corps are just plain horrid with mostly people thinking they know the game and then give newbros horrible advice and even worse ship fits that make you want to gouge your eyes out followed with bleach.
