its a quite huge difference. but if you use cal navy ammo you should be good.

Easy fix.
Run an fit with 2x small CAP Battery II or factional.
Now i can hear some asking why not large?
The answer is that the small battery offers the same Nuet resistance as the large, but has a lower fit requirements and a low CAP increase.
remember a neut/necro fit can only pull CAP if they have a lower CAP than you, only Blood Faction ships do not have this limitation.
With lower fixing requirements means you can mount higher fitting requirement modules, and a good CAP recharger/s.
Also using ballistic turrets, missiles and/or drones are great against Neut’ers.
