This is a horrible idea on many levels. Titans, when released, were tremendously overpowered when they were released. They have been nerfed so many times to get to where they are now. CCP has stated publicly that releasing Titans was a mistake.
Begging ships, with a big bowl to catch change in when its hurled at you. I like it, make that happen.

+1 to the OP. Despite all the naysayers, keep on thinking about new items for Eve.
Years ago, lot’s of players said the same to the person who came up with the idea for The Tug, which CCP renamed the Bowhead. Obviously it took CCP quite a while to add it to the game but it finally did happen.
