New player looking to get into wormholes. I have played in the past on and off but im realy a newbie looking to make the next jump.
I would say to get into exploration first. get used to Scanning, Bookmarking and using Dscan.

Without these essential skills, you won’t last 5 mins in a WH.
I have the skills but its were i went wrong last time. Playing alone and not getting upto much. I would like to play and enjoy it a little more this time round.
There’s a lot of WH corps out there, particularly here in the recruitment center. Look around, reach out to some and see if they’re your cup of tea. Be patient, you’ll find the right place/people eventually. This one for example, though a C5 is a bit advanced. Try a C2 or C3 corp first, unless you’re all for balls to the wall.
set your tags for wormhole (if you haven’t already), might make it easier.

We’re a small US/EU tz wormhole corp that has fairly good activity across both time zones, but we’re still looking for some more pilots.
We live in a C4 with C1/C3 statics. While we primarily hunt for pvp content, we have plenty of folks that rat, huff and engage in indy activities on the side to pay the bills.
We’re very laid back, real life first sort of folks. We’re all busy adults, many of us with families/other commitments. We play when we can, but I think much of the time we are fairly casual. Activity tends to wax and wane depending on what people have going on irl.
In any case, the goal for us is to have fun, not take internet spaceships overly seriously. People log in when they can, there’s definitely no playtime expectation.
