I don’t know if it’s possible for small (3-10) fleets to do Minmatar games sites…
Sure they are too tuff for solo newbro players (Lev1 frigs, with loow skills)
Is there any channel that help newbros find fleets for this event?
I’ve heard of Rookie something, but I’m not sure either…

I haven’t heard of people running these sites as fleet as everyone wants to get those juicy accelerators.
However, I’d recommand you the following tutorial.
See into it and maybe you can find some fit to skill into fast before the event ends.
