NFT's are Fundamentally a MLM-Type Scam Designed to Get You to Buy Crypto

Eh… read my post?

Could you explain the point of your example?

If you’re referring to a crime, then please note that creating a record on a public ledger that can never be changed that shows money was received for a crime is incriminating. I don’t think it’s smart of a criminal to use BTC for crime, what do you think of that?

I think crime is bad and that’s it.

I’m not going to defend nor explain how to launder money. It’s a complex business where people do have wages and bitcoin is a great tool for it. But unlike the people you see in the news who don’t “diffuse” the sums, they get caught. Like those wet bandits you posted somewhere up here.

Criminal 1: “hey lets send some money to our criminal friends!”

Criminal 2: “yes, let’s use BTC where it creates a record that will never be deleted, and we will need to sign up with and exchange and show our passports and real address, and if it is above a certain amount the exchange has to report it to the tax office”

I’m sorry, I just don’t think it works like that.

That’s false. Already explained before, but Aaron does not want FACTS that confronts his delusions

That’s also false. All is shows, is money was exchanged.
The exact same thing without BTC.

Just as smart as using money for a crime. Which is why they don’t do it.
They use money. Now laundering is a thing, and BTC helps laundering because it allows to dodge the national security systems and abuse corner cases (like art)

With his bitcoin business, he can afford it.

I think his mining server generated cancerous gases and that’s why he is as he is now.

You missed that the BTC is not money. You think it is. It’s more like an IOU that doesn’t get converted, it goes through some steps which I did not mention as it’s not part of the actual transaction for the video cards. It goes through the machine, round and round. Used to pay people here and there making it only back to money after it went through some hoops. Hence the reference of the washing machine. BTC made a lot of steps easier, much easier.

My problem with you is that you’re now trying to ignore the fact Person Y from Colombia now has to find a way to exchange the crypto he has into physical cash.

Never try to control what people think. It will not work. I have a 100% belief that BTC is currency. There is not anything you can say in the known universe to change this.

Laundering and he’s an investor in real estate, he pays his friend real estate agent lawfully with money from renters. He’s doing completely legal stuff. Not sure why you’d think someone as respected in his community would be exporting illicit video cards!

t. the guy who converts it to real £’s it as soon as he mined a few…

So we are 100% clear, please explain how person Y from Colombia will turn his BTC from an ill gotten GPU deal into physical cash?

I was living month to month before I started mining, and racked up debt. I change it to real cash so I can pay off what I owe and pay bills, is this ok with you?

Just read up, maybe translate it to french because I probably said some expression that doesn’t translate well.

Anyways, i’m going to print out this gem here:

NO SELLING THIS AS AN NFC!!!

You can do what you want, just like I can do what I want in RL. Only you are responsible for you and me for me.

I can voice my opinion on what you do, even if I misunderstand and so can you. And you did, scroll up a little.

You missed out the part where I responded with this:

But please go ahead and cut and chop convo’s to suit your narrative.

None of that would change my answer. Not sure why you are so desperate on having some kind of ‘last word’ on that.
