No more support?

It’s been over a week with no response on my ticket in their support system. There is also the same handful of users in this and every other thread senselessly posting their wrong or useless opinions. They would like you to believe you don’t deserve support. The truth is that CCP is currently neglecting users. They either need to speed up support to 1-2 days or shut down the service due to inability to perform basic business operations.
