What about implementing Blackout for undisclosed periods of time. Just to move the waters a bit and let the blobs crumble.
Afterwards they can go back to the RMT bussiness but in a more unstable environment. Like a controlled fire.

same result af unlimited ammount of time ! some of them will come back if the blackout leaves ! but if they cant sure it will not happen again then they dont come back ! why ? because they are just lazy dudes
i´m not happy to say this but eve lives from lazy dudes …
Well we already had a BlackOut and the game is here. Thats why I am suggesting a partial one like last time.
Some kind of disturbance event is needed. It is like when you burn a prairie to keep the biodiversity.
Blackout, scarcity will not solve anything, we need to think about the goal we want to achieve … kicking the lazy crabbing nullsec ass to fight and move. How do you do that?
Space degradation, the longer and more intense you use a space, the less hospitable it becomes.
This is hurting me to say it, but this could be the only time I’ll ever agree with you.
But we do need a disturbance in the force.
It isn’t the ultimate frontier. J-space is. By comparison nullsec is a very friendly and chill place.
Give 'em a special structure that can be hacked. Just a simple red datahack. Once hacked chat enters delayed mode for next hour(s)
naa sry but i disagree completly ! j-space is not populated enough!
Indeed. If the 'roids were getting worse and worse until you let them regenerate. Same with moons and anoms / sigs. Then suddenly it ain’t that great of an idea to stay in a single constellation (lets be honest, a single constellation has plenty enough of resources to extract that only the larger groups can farm them dry)
This is relatively easy. Carrot and Stick.
You have to punish all those who just farm and stockpile and reward those who use their assets to undock and do things in space where they either fight on their own or can be aggressed by others. Both things are easily achievable.
It’s more complex than that.
“don’t undock what you can’t afford to lose” means don’t undock what’s not already replaced. So without stockpiles, you just don’t undock.
It is true for small groups, but also for bigger one. The bigger the group (and the long term cost of their goals), the bigger the stockpile.
Also a matter of stockpiling, is that it increases the price since more demand. So stockpiling in itself increases the value of the stockpile.
So stockpiling gives playability, convenience AND value.
I didn’t say or mean that you couldn’t have some reserves. Rest assured that the system I have in mind would work, because it had worked very well before Citadels, for more than a decade.
I wanna see the asset seafty gone for just an event maybe that’s a reason for war let them keep their Cosy local chat
Up to a point. There is only so much you can stockpile. Before your isk starts running dry and getting any more becomes difficult, to put it mildly.
Yet if you have enough isk and observe longer term trends you will realize that when a certain activity starts becoming counterproductive buying the output from it will be cheap, people will swap to something else and the value will rise up. But this requires a few T and long term market play to make use of.
I see the irrelevant nobodies are complaining about null sec again.
Wait, how does this work, do I need to have spent 20 years of my life 24/7 on the game to formulate an opinion? Might missed that part.
no you dont, but if you dont then you have less experiance and knowlegde as someone who has spent 20 years on the game !
i know, you can spent 20 years in HS and only with mining and you never has any experience but for real, only a minor group of players play that long for exact 1 game style like mining.
