NullSec emptiness?

Oï ! I have a question for you guys :

Today I returned to Nullsec again to make some ISK from the explorations sites, but it seems that they were not a single Data or Relic site out here. It’s the first time I don’ t find any and I would like to know, is there part better for exploration in 0.0 ?

Also, is there a technique to know if a system will have cosmic signatures before jumping in ?

Did you check your filter settings? Cosmic signatures ticked? Else, just bad luck or somebody else is faster and ahead of you.

I don’t think so.
But if you have access to Intel-Channels of the region, residents might be able to tell you.

I admit I didn’t do much of the exploration in null. But whenever I tried it was completely empty everywhere. Only a few sigs anywhere and almost always combat or wh.

This is incomparable with wspace or lowsec…
