Oh that’s right, no one outside of Pochven can see contracts in Pochven -by default- so no one knows they exist. Darn it.
(All - look for the new tiny text down at the bottom of the contract search page to click a tab and include ‘not gate accessible’ to be able to see Pochven contracts.) 99.999% of players have no idea that is there now.

Just to chime in. Yes, Povchen is a waste of time, you are instantly killed at every corner, no money can be made. Standings grind takes forever, you need minimum 7.0 to do anything useful. Keep out, don’t consider it. It’s worthless for everything. Forget that it exists, and we living there and using it are fine.
Those things that keep skillbooks being added to the market, you might want to look in to them
Thankfully i odn’t need any standings on my alt to be able to loot nav logs and convert them in to billion ISK skills, just being 0.0 with both sides lets me dock in the NPC station and access the LP store
Meh, it takes forever to get a sizable number of logs to buy one of those high value skills. Not worth the effort. Don’t encourage people to go there and die. You know the NPCs instalock pods, and pod you home. And they are at every gate, custom office, station, anomalies, WHs, …

Wait like another year, maybe CCP finally manage to finish their job with Pochven, because right now it’s quite clear that this region is “work in progress” state.
