How do you even intend to “evacuate” anyone? Do you have anyone at all planetside? Unless you plan a full scale planetary invasion, you will find yourself leaving with empty holds, if at all. The way I see it, you either intend to launch a mass kidnapping raid in Pochven, or launching a pointless PR stunt that will end up with countless dead for the sake of stroking your own ego and justifying EDENCOM’s continued funding.
