Hello,

I use Office365 (excel online version) and i need to add character everytime i connect.

Is it normal?

The addin stores the characters tokens in localstorage, so any cache clearing when you exit your browser etc. will have you need to login again. So it’s most likely something along those lines that’s happening.

i.e. private browser, incognito, heavy cache clearing behaviour of your browser.

The tokens will go invalid if they aren’t used for some time (I wanna say 1 week+, don’t know exactly the timer on it)
