Omega Skill extraction

Based on the new changes were you can now max skill 5mil for free, it would be nice if an alpha char was allowed to extract all “omega” skills beyond the current limitation of 5.5mil minimum.

This would apply to specialize chars were more then 5 mil would have gone to Science/Reaserch/Industri
This would allow chars to remove all omega skills and the be able to train for a total of 5 mill skillpoints within the alpha skill bracket.

I would prefer if the Omega skills didn’t count towards the 5 mill sp training cap
